Volunteers Serve Up Their Best
This green bean, burger, hash brown casserole is amazing!
I would never cook something like this at home. It's just not in my repertoire. But this creamy, savory dish was a mash hit. We love food a JuJu. It takes a lot of hands behind the scenes to pull off a Friday meal for 50-75 people. For starters, no one RSVPs.
These kids come hungry!
The rolls this day were made and frozen in advance by a woman before she left for India. The beef was donated by a local rancher and rotarian who sells nothing but the best highland angus beef. The green beans were donated by local church folk. This couple put the whole meal together AND had the privilege of serving up smiles all night.
If you are interested in helping with a meal, email Deb at firstname.lastname@example.org or simply go to "Give" and donate a Costco card. We will gladly serve it up with a smile on your behalf.
