Rebecca Wilson
Director of Operations
Rebecca has called Montana home for over 30 years. She brings a wealth of experience from both the non-profit and for-profit sectors and is an avid traveler. Above all, she is a proud mother and grandmother.
FUN FACT: Rebecca is currently learning Spanish to better serve the Flathead Valley’s growing and diverse community.

Randy Beckstrom
Managing Director
Randy is a proud Montana native, born in Missoula and raised in Gallatin and Flathead County. Randy is a Flathead High School graduate and is proud to share is alma mater with his daughter. Randy has been an avid skater for over 20 years, and is thrilled to continue empowering youth through his passion for skateboarding.
FUN FACT: Randy started serving with Serious JuJu over 16 years ago and plans to continue strengthening the next generation for many years to come.

Brett Goode
Treasurer
Brett is a long time resident of the Flathead Valley. As a kid he could be found roller blading around Woodland Park, the closest he ever came to being a skateboarder. Now he spends his time enjoying all the valley has to offer, from skiing to boating and many activities in between. His hope is that Serious JuJu and the number of kids it affects, will continue to grow with the valley.
FUN FACT: Brett has three dogs that accompany him backcountry skiing.

Jessica Harding
Secretary
Jessica brings extensive experience in management, operations, human resources, and quality assurance. A single mother and passionate community advocate, she volunteers at Serious JuJu several nights each week, helping families feel welcomed and supported. Her commitment is deeply personal — Serious JuJu has transformed her son's life as s hope, connection, and opportunity for
countless children. Jessica is honored to share her time and professional expertise to further Serious JuJu’s mission and support the youth it serves. FUN FACT: Jessica transforms lives daily through her work as a health coach. She also loves boating and being on the water.
Erica Duston
Board Member
Erica brings together her love for early-'90s skateboarding culture and a deep commitment to uplifting underserved communities. A transformative backpacking trip through rural Honduras sparked her desire to make a meaningful impact on people who may otherwise go unnoticed. At Serious JuJu, Erica channels her passions into a mission-driven role
dedicated to helping others. FUN FACT: In 2001, she became the 6,391st person to visit to the Kingdom of Bhutan.
